I came across this breakdown about a year ago and it remains one of my all time favorites.  Colored by Scott Maclean of Sydney, Australia this Baselight breakdown really showcases all the hard work that goes into your standard :30 second commercial.  The editing moves the piece along nicely and the black and white matte view really emphasizes the use of layers.
